These Zanussi thermostats control the oven cut in and cut out temperatures and are also known as monitor thermostats as they will often serve as monitoring that the main oven thermostat is operating correctly or, to operate a cooling fan.
Often when these thermostats fail you will have a "dead" oven or it will cut out after a short period of running without ever reaching the specified temperature.
