This is an amazing stainless steel cleaner/conditioner from Germany that is recommended by engineers and manufacturers like Liebherr, Bosch, Neff, Siemens and others for cleaning stainless steel fridges. It sounds expensive but the bottle lasts for absolutely ages (so does the shine) as you only require a very small amount to clean a huge area.

Due to the popularity of Chromol and Helios Brilliant cleaners we have now started to import these directly and can now offer ten times the quantity of Chromol for a couple of pounds more than we did previously.

For the best results from Chromol we do recommend that the worst marking (heavy stains and marks) is cleaned off first with a specialist product such as Helios as this makes the conditioning of the steel surface far more effective. Chromol will remove light marks, streaks etc., but it generally won't remove heavy grease spatters and suchlike. However once applied it does help massively in keeping heaving marking at bay as well as protecting against fingermarks and the likes as it forms a protective coat on the steel. We have also seen ourselves and had reports that it actually hides light scratches on stainless surfaces extremely well or at least significantly improves the appearance of scratches.

Essentially using Chromol makes your appliances come up to a showroom condition and, importantly, stay that way.

But here's the instructions for use for the cleaner, this is a professional product not particularly intended for the domestic market. It really is good stuff.

Unlike the aerosol type sprays there is also far less waste and the application far more accurate we find.

You will need two J-Cloths (or similar) and a sealable airtight bag.

Instructions For Use

Fold one of the cloths about four times and wrap around your index finger. Then place over the open bottle of Chromol, tip the bottle so the liquid can touch the cloth and hold until some seeps into the cloth, we reckon about five seconds is fine.

In a circular motion polish this into the steel surface evenly and sparingly, you really don't need much and this should be enough to clean and treat about a 24x24 inch area of stainless steel surface.

Once done use the second cloth (lint free) to polish off any excess.

Store both cloths and the Chromol in the bag.

If you need to clean finger marks etc. off after that simply buff them off with the cloth that you used to polish with.

Re-application should only be required once every 14-28 days depending on the conditions.
