John Lewis Water Valves

Water Valves
The water inlet valve in your John Lewis dishwasher is a small electrical solenoid valve that opens to allow water to flow into your John Lewis dishwasher when electrical current is supplied to it. Some can be more involved than this but, the basic principal is to allow water in as required.
>br> Ordinarily these valves are easily tested for electrical failure using multimeter, simply check for them being either open or closed circuit and, if open circuit, then the water valve is faulty.
