Finding Spare Parts
To use the site to find spare parts is very simple.
The easiest and fastest way to find parts is to first of all locate the model number of the appliance that you are looking for a spare part for. Simply type that model number into the search box and all spares identified as being used on that appliance will be shown.
This search may not show all the spares used on your machine as some may not yet have been identified or there may be variants of the parts you are looking for.
If you are unsure or are having difficulty in identifying a part please contact us by email (spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk) or use the "Contact Us" page and we will identify the part you need for you.
Finding the correct spare part can often be difficult as there are tens of thousands of spares available, most of the commonly used ones you will find here but there are many thousands more that we can easily supply. If you cannot find or identify the part you require simply send us an email and we will find it if it is available.
Technical Information
Please do note that the spares line is not a technical information line!
The best way to get help is to register for and post in the UK Whitegoods Forums (click the link to go there) where you can get many opinions from many appliance engineers, often from one that's trained on the product.
Whilst our spares staff are very knowledgeable indeed they often do not have the relevant experience on any particular appliance to offer much help beyond what you can find on in the Advice & Help section of UK Whitegoods.
Adding To Your Cart & Checkout
Once you find the item that you are looking for simply click the "Buy Now" button and that item will be added to your shopping cart.
You can either continue to shop for other items or click "Checkout" to pay for your items and complete the order.
Once you click "Checkout" you will be taken to the checkout page where you simply enter the details required to deliver your item and your preferred payment method. Payment can be made using most major credit or debit cards as well as by Paypal.
After You Order
After your order is completed you will receive an email confirming your purchase, usually this will simply confirm that the order has been received and that the order is "Processing".
When your order is shipped, or updated in any way, you will receive and email keeping you informed of the progress. For multiple part orders that may be shipped from several locations, you will receive updates as each item is dispatched.
Should there be any problem with the order, such as out of stock parts or an error we will contact you and ask how you wish to proceed. |
