Holiday Opening- Tuesday 29 December, 2009

During the holiday season it is business as usual for us, we don't close other than for the official bank holidays when we can't really do very much anyway.
We are however limited by the various courier companies and postal service that are on offer and the holidays that they choose to take.
Many of the haulage firms are on holiday all the way through until the end of the first week in January and this will mean that very bulky items are unlikely to ship until week commencing the 11th January 2010, this includes washing machines.
However, most of our spare parts, water filters, carbon filters and smaller items of that nature will be being dispatched over the holiday period.
Telephone support may also be slightly reduced over the festive holidays and we would strongly suggest that you use email to get in touch, we will answer every single one. |

Smelly Washer Now Available In The UK- Tuesday 07 July, 2009

We've finally managed to get our hands on the famous Smelly Washer product from the USA.
Some people reckon that this is better than Affresh for getting rid of a bad smell from your washing machine and others insist that Affresh is better. In any event both are good and clean the insides of your washing machine very well.
Smelly Washer does have one major advantage over Affresh though and that is that it is cheaper per application. It works out at a mere 84 pence per use!
However Smelly Washer can also be used to actually get rid of bad smells that are already in laundry, especially towels and sheets.
Smelly Washer starts shipping later this week. |

Maytag Water Filter Price Increase- Monday 22 June, 2009

We have been told that Maytag are pushing up the prices on all their spare parts, with immediate effect on all spares except water filters.
Water filters are due to be increased at the end of this month but we will of course hold our current prices as long as stocks last. |

Aqua Fresh Water Filters Introduced- Sunday 26 April, 2009

We have today introduced a range budget alternative water filters from Aqua Fresh for many of the most popular filters that we sell. So far, these are the only filters that have met our criteria on matching or bettering the original manufacturer's water filters and still offering a lower budget alternative.
Since we refuse to supply low grade filters all the new Aqua Fresh fridge water filters are carbon block or pellet type which give outstanding filtration that is as good as, or better, than the original filter.
We like this of course as well the fact that every filter is pressure tested as well.
The water filters that are currently available are as follows, although we do hope to introduce more filters over time as they become available.
