All Prima products are branded, which means that even two models sat beside one another in a showroom may not be the same or even be made by the same manufacturer, they are only sold under the Prima brand. This means that the model number is vital to get correct and in many cases, the serial number may also be required to correctly identify parts in any particular machine so, it you are not sure, please ask for help.
