In order to do that best for you when you submit an enquiry or email us please give us as much information as you can about your appliance, this can speed the process up tremendously and make spare part identification a lot easier.

The more information about the machine that you need a part for, the better we can help you find the right parts and, the cheapest ones.

Listed below is the typical information we will need to find a part for you quickly and accurately for most of the major brand names.

AEG

PNC/ENR number will be required which begins with either 9 or a 6 depending on the appliance and will be 9 or more digits long.

Amica

For many Amica products, as is the case with most appliances now, you may need the Index Number, Product Number or serial number to determine the variant that you have and obtain the correct spare parts. Without this information, it may not be possible to accurately tell you what parts are used on the specific product that you own.

Ariston

Model numbers start with letters followed by numbers. 

Beko

Just as is the case with most these days, Beko model numbers are on occasion not enough to identify spare parts with complete accuracy, you will often require the product number as there can be several variants and, at times, these can be hugely different from one another. This is especially so with many fridge freezer and tumble dryer models but increasingly with washing machines and dishwasher models also.

Belling

Belling model numbers would look like 427WH or XOU920 and will often have a "Mk2" or suchlike as well. Note that the likes of "Format 600" is a series of machines, not a model number.

It is worthwhile however to also include the Range / Series name. e.g. Farmhouse or Format when requesting Belling spare parts.

Bosch

Bosch ENR numbers will look something like these numbers

* SMS4321GB/01
* 119 222 454
* S14241AOGB33

The FD Code is the machines serial number and the more information you can give us from the rating plate the faster we can identify spares for you.

Bertazzoni

Bertazzoni parts can be challenging to find at times and you do need very specific informaiton.

Britannia

Britannia ranges from as easy as easy can be too, really, really hard!

Bush

Many older Bush parts we nor anyone else can get.

So long as it is a Vestel made machine it's not normally an issue but, other producers it usually is a problem. But do be aware that a lot of parts on any of them can alter depending on the serial number so checking, i.e. asking us, is highly recommended as guessing can lead to errors and many parts look alike.

Candy

The model number will usually be printed on the fascia so they are easy to locate and will normally be a letter or two followed by two to four digits.

Please also include the cabinet number which begins with 3 and is at least 16 digits long as there are variants and production changes.

Cannon

Example Model number: H13163.

When making an enquiry please also include the Gas Council number which will look like: 11.451.123

Creda

Model number numbers or Creda machines usually look like 17095E or 17054. Any additional information can be helpful in some spare parts.

Diplomat

Model will always be three letters followed by four numbers but many if not most parts are now obsolete.

Dyson

All Dyson vacuum cleaner model numbers begin with DC generally followed by two digits.

Electrolux Vacuum Cleaners

The model number beginning with Z, followed by numbers.

Electrolux

All are a series of letters followed by a few numbers and, often, letters on the end. Like other Electrolux Group products, the serial number or PNC number on the rating plate is also required to ensure the correct part. If making an enquiry please also include the production number.

Elica

Many people think, like a lot of parts, are all the same and they most certainly are not, so do take care when looking up Elica parts

Fridgemaster

Fridgemaster parts can be very difficult to find and is essentially the same process as Hisense, the same group.

Hisense parts can be very difficult to find.

Hygena

Model will always be three letters followed by four numbers but most parts are now obsolete.

Hoover

Later model numbers will usually begin with a letter and ends in 001 or 011 while earlier ones will be A**** where "*" is a number.

Newer Hoover models are similar to Candy as Candy own Hoover now.

Hotpoint

Hotpoint washing machine model numbers will be like WM51P, 9535 and so on. Other products vary.

If making an enquiry the serial number is sometimes required but we will advise if that's the case.

Ignis

Model numbers start with letters followed by numbers.

Indesit

Indesit, like the Hotpoint and Ariston brands they own, are normally one or two letters followed by a few numbers. Often a serial number is required as well, especially on later models.

John Lewis

John Lewis branded machines are almost exclusively made by the Electrolux Group for them however, there are some other although not many. For most follow the instructions as they are for other Electrolux Group products.

Lamona

Lamona can be complex due to the brand buying many products in from a number of sources so, the model number at the very least is the minimum requirement to find spare parts.

Leisure

Both the production number and serial number are both requirB.O. And they will begin with 05 or 06.

Liebherr

Miele

Model number begins with a letter both the serial number and model number are often required.

Neff

Neff ENR codes are very similar to Bosch and Siemens being part of the same group and they will look something like the following examples.

* SMS4321/GB/01
* 119 222 454
* S1421AOGB33

The FD Code is the machines serial number and this is required.

Model number begins with 3 letters followed by numbers and the serial number is most often also required.

Parkinson Cowan

Both model number and serial number.

Samsung

What you (or we) need to find Samsung spare parts is detailed here

Servis

Both the model and serial number are often required for spares not listed. Model numbers are usually something like M3022, M301 etc.

Siemens

Siemens ENR codes will look like the following examples.

Stoves

Stoves model numbers will look like, GSI600.

Model code which will begin with 5 or 05. If making an enquiry please include both the model number and code.

Tricity Bendix

Example model numbers: ESI356B or DH101

If you are making an enquiry also include the production number or PNC number as there can be changes or variants.

Whirlpool

Whirlpool model numbers will look like, ADG351/AV1.

If you are making an enquiry also include the service number (12 digits) as this is absolutely vital to identify some spare parts.

White Knight

Note that White Knight spare parts before roughly 2020 are largely obsolete now. 

Example model number: CL417.

When making an enquiry please also include the service code (12 digits).

Zanussi

Zanussi model numbers will look like FL1032, Z25/16PR or DWS909 and will normally be printed on the front fascia panel.

When making enquiry also include the production or PNC number as this can be vital in ensuring you get the correct part.
