Returning Items

Please read and follow our returns procedures to ensure that any items that you need to return are dealt with in the fastest way possible.

After shipping the item will require to be returned as instructed. The reason that instruction is required is that we ship from multiple locations and any goods must be returned to the correct address to be inspected and accepted for return.

In order to make any return as fast and easy for our customers as possible, please do not return items without first receiving instructions as this can cause delay in dealing with your request and processing any refund.

Step One

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your part by email on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk or using the Contact Us feature from the menu above. We use and email system for this process because it is actually faster than the phone, more accurate and allows us to send you details that you can simply copy and paste that reduces errors.

Please do not phone to arrange a return as we can only deal with any returns by email

  • Your order number

If the item is damaged a photograph attached to the email does help to speed things up.

You will need to pay for the return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Step Two

We will contact you with instructions on how to return the item and to where.

Usually this is within a few hours of receiveing the request but please do allow additional time at weekends and public holidays.

Step Three

Once we receive the items to be returned they will be inspected by a member of staff to ensure that they are in good condition, unused etc and can be accepted for return.

After the item clears this process you will ne notified and any refund or replacement will be issued.

Return items without contacting us first

This can cause issues where we will not know where the item is and this can delay any replacement or refund considerably as we try to track down items, if this is possible.

Return items that have been fitted and used

We cannot evaluate items that have been fitted as being good or not therefore any items that have been fitted we will largely be unable to exchange or refund. All our returns are evaluated by an experienced appliance engineer to detect any signs of use or failure.

Return items without returns reference number

This can lead to delays in processing any returns and may lead to a return not being processed at all.

Return fatory order items

We are sorry but special order, not normally stocked items that will be shown with a lead time of * to ** days where the first digit (*) is greater that one are items that are not normally held in stock and are only ordered specifically uupon request and are therefore non-returnable as these are custom orders only placed on your request.
