You can avoid delivery charges and collect spare parts form our warehouse in Kilmarnock during normal weekday business hours, from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

Should you wish to pick up spare parts outwith these times this can be accomodated in many instances but please do contact us to make sure we can meet your requirements before travelling. It is not at all unusual for staff to be onsite outside our normal business hours but the opening times shown above are those that we can guarantee that someone will be available to help you.

Ordering For Collection

Simply contact us, you can use live chat, email or telephone and let us know what spare part/s it is that you require and we will arrange for them to be made available for collection.

We strongly advise you to let us know in advance so that we can ensure that stock is allocated for you in order to avoid disappointment or to arrange stock to be transferred so that it is available for you to pick up.
